At Kayce J Fit, each product is made-to-order or fulfilled through trusted suppliers. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to us for assistance.
Sizing Issues (Apparel)
Please review all size charts before ordering. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizing.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, production begins and changes cannot be made.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
